How to order
Telephone
You can place your order by telephone – simply call 044 20 38851711 . Our lines are open: Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm and Saturday and Sunday, 10am-4pm.
Online
- Explore our collection by clicking on the links for our seven different departments: Living Room, Dining Room, Bedroom, Kitchen, Accessories, Flowers and Plants, Gifts. Most are split up into sub-sections to make browsing easier.
- Click on a product that’s of interest and you will be presented with all the details you need, including the description, dimensions, care instructions, and delivery and returns information.
- If you wish to proceed, just select the quantity you wish to order, and the colour or size where appropriate, and click on ‘Add to basket’.
- You can then either continue browsing the website to add more products to your basket, or head to the checkout to make payment.
- If you wish to review your chosen items, click on ‘View Basket’ or, if you are satisfied with your selection, click on ‘Checkout’.

Availability
During busy times of the year, stock can sell out quickly or be limited in availability. Where a product is not in stock, we will indicate an estimated re-stocking date on a product page if the information is available. Please contact us if a particular product you like is out of stock and we will do our best to replenish stock as quickly as possible and contact you when the stock becomes available.
Promotional Code
If you have received a promotional code from Zaliwana Accessories, this is to be entered in the ‘promotional code’ section of the check-out/payment process.
Checkout
- If you are an existing Zaliwana Accessories customer, please click checkout and enter your email address and password.
- If you are a new Zaliwana Accessories customer, you will need to register your details. Registering makes it easier to place orders in the future. The online instructions will guide you through the registration process.
- Once you are logged in as either a new or existing customer you will need to confirm your delivery address and then proceed to Payment. Enter your payment details and click Confirm order.
- You should see a message confirming that your order has been placed and is being processed. An email confirmation will be sent to your registered email address.

Our website has an encryption to secure your data when making a purchase. Depending on the browser you are using, one or more of the following may occur to help you identify secure pages on our website:
