General
These terms and conditions will apply between you and Zaliwana Accessories Limited (hereafter called “Zaliwana Accessories”), when you buy an item from zaliwanaaccessories.co.uk. The terms do not affect your statutory rights.
- Your contract for purchases made through zaliwanaaccessories.co.uk is with Zaliwana Accessories and you agree that all goods ordered by you are not for resale but only for your own private and domestic use.
- You must be eighteen years old or older to use this site. If you are under eighteen, you may only use this site with the agreement of, and under the supervision of, a parent or guardian. If you do not qualify, please do not use this site.
- You warrant that all details you provide to zaliwanaaccessories.co.uk for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods are true, accurate, current and complete in all respects; and that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds in your account to cover payment of the product(s) ordered.
- During the registration process, you must choose an email and password. You are responsible for all actions taken under that email and password and must only purchase from zaliwanaaccessories.co.uk under your own email and password. You must make every effort to keep your password safe and should not disclose it to anyone. If you think someone else might know it, you must change it. You may not transfer or sell your password to anyone, nor permit, either directly or indirectly, anyone to use your password. If there are any changes to the details supplied by you it is your responsibility to inform Zaliwana Accessories as soon as possible.
- It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid credit card to order. Anyone caught deliberately entering an incorrect or fictitious order will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
- Zaliwana Accessories reserve the right to end our agreement with you and to suspend or terminate your access to the site immediately and without notice to you if (i) you fail to make payment to us when due (ii) you breach any of our terms and conditions (iii) when requested by us to do so, you fail to provide within a reasonable time frame, enough information to let us to check the accuracy and validity of any information supplied by you, or your identity (iv) we suspect you have engaged, or are about to engage, or have way of being involved in fraudulent or illegal activity on zaliwanaaccessories.co.uk
Orders
By placing an order with Zaliwana Accessories, you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
All orders are subject to availability without notice. In the event that you purchase an item that is not in stock, you will be able to cancel your order and receive a full refund within 30 days, by the same payment method used to place the order.
To process your order, you will be asked for your name, email address, postal address and payment details. Without this information we will not be able to complete your order.
A confirmation email will be sent to the email address given in your order and will details the products ordered, payment method, cost (including VAT and delivery) and delivery address. You must check that all the details you have given are correct and contact us as soon as possible if not.
The completion of the contract between Zaliwana Accessories and yourself takes place when your order has been dispatched.
We reserve the right to reject any offer of purchase by you at anytime.
Pricing and Product Description
Prices are subject to change without notice and are correct at the time of uploading the product details onto our system. While Zaliwana Accessories aims to ensure that descriptions, photographic reproductions and product specifications are correct, there may be slight variations due to the craftsmanship of the products, the photographic reproduction process, internet software or computer system used by you. Some products maybe shown with additional props but these are not included in the sale unless otherwise specified.
All prices are inclusive of the current rate of VAT.
Payment
All items remain the property of Zaliwana Accessories until full payment has been received.
Zaliwana Accessories reserves the right to cancel any order at any time if the payment and/or delivery details provided by the client are not legitimate and/or the transaction is not authorised by the bank.
Zaliwana Accessories accepts PayPal and most major credit/debit cards: Visa, Amex, Meastro, Mastercard.
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delivery delays or non-delivery of items.
To be eligible to purchase products from zaliwanaaccessories.co.uk and lawfully enter into and form contracts on this Website under English law you must: (i) register by providing your real name, telephone number, e-mail address, payment details and other requested information (ii) be over 18 years of age (iii) stipulate a delivery address that is not a PO box number or a hotel or an accommodation address (iv) possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us.
By making an offer to buy a product, you specifically authorise us to transmit information (including any updated information) or to obtain information about you from third parties from time to time, including but not limited to, your debit or credit card number or credit reports, to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit card, to obtain an initial credit card authorisation and to authorise individual purchase transactions.
Delivery
Purchased products will be sent to the address given to us within your order. The length of time stated in for delivery of your order is approximate. If you are ordering multiple items you may receive the products in instalments depending on stock availability.
International deliveries maybe subject to cross-border inspections by custom authorities.
Contract Cancellation
If you are unhappy with the product(s) you have ordered, you are entitled to cancel this contract provided you exercise your right no longer than eight working days after the day on which you received the product(s). If you wish to exercise your right to cancel this contract before you order is dispatched, please contact our customer services department: zaliwana@zaliwanaaccessories.co.uk. If your order has already been dispatched then please follow our Returns Policy procedure.
Returns Policy, Exchanges & Procedure
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let us know. We have a “no quibble” return guarantee. Any request for exchanges, returns and/or refunds must be received within 28 days of receipt of order.

Please pack up the item carefully, with the corresponding invoice and send by a secure means to:
Returns Department, Zaliwana Accessories, 6 Kenilworth Gardens, Staines-Upon-Thames, TW18 1DR, Surrey, United Kingdom.
Please note that returns will only be accepted if the returned items are in perfect condition.
Customers will be responsible for the return of any unwanted goods and must pay all the charges arising from the return of such items, except where originally faulty, in which case Zaliwana Accessories will reimburse the cost of the return postage up to “Signed For” level. If you choose to return goods by ordinary post (i.e. not “Signed For”), we strongly recommend that you obtain proof of posting as Zaliwana Accessories will not accept any responsibility for the loss and/or damage of Returned items in transit.
Replacement items, sent by Zaliwana Accessories in exchange for faulty goods, will be delivered free of charge and will be dispatched only after the returned goods have been received and checked by Zaliwana Accessories. Returned items deemed to have been damaged as a result of misuse will not be accepted and therefore no replacement or refund will be offered.
All refunds will be issued in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and by the same payment method that was originally used to pay for the items.
Confidentiality
We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party. Any emails sent by Zaliwana Accessories will only be in connection with the provision of agreed products and future Zaliwana Accessories promotions and news.
Liability
While Zaliwana Accessories aims to ensure the accuracy of all information made available on the website, neither Zaliwana Accessories nor any of its other representatives will be liable for damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the use of this site.
Total liability for any claim against Zaliwana Accessories howsoever arising, shall not exceed the price of the items supplied by Zaliwana Accessories to the customer.
If an error is discovered in the price of the goods that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. We are under no obligation to fulfil any orders for products that are advertised at an incorrect price. We will inform you of the correct price, allowing you to re-order if you wish to do so. If payment has already been taken for an incorrect product price, the order will be cancelled and you will be refunded within 30 days of the date of order.
In the event of damaged or defective goods, we shall replace or refund you the amount paid provided you notify us of the problem within 10 working days of the delivery of the goods, plus return the goods to us, unless we inform you that return is not necessary.
We have taken measures to prevent internet fraud and ensure any data collected from you is stored as securely as possible. However, we cannot be held liable in the unlikely event of a breach in our secure servers.
We shall have no liability to you in the event of a delayed delivery of products where the delay is due to matters outside of our reasonable control.
While Zaliwana Accessories aims to ensure the accuracy of all information made available on the website, neither Zaliwana Accessories nor any of its other representatives will be liable for damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the use of this site.
Whilst Zaliwana Accessories endeavours to ensure a reliable service, we cannot guarantee that zliwanaaccessories.co.uk will be free from interruption or errors and cannot be held responsible for any loss, disruption or corruption of material or data downloaded onto computer systems.
Your Responsibilities
You agree that if you break the aforementioned Terms & Conditions, you will be responsible for all expenses and costs incurred by Zaliwana Accessories or our employees, directors, agents and suppliers as a result of the breach. You will be liable if someone else uses your shopping account and/or information unless you can prove that such use was fraudulent.

Law : None of these Terms & Conditions affect your statutory rights as a consumer. English law applies to all orders placed on this website, and any disputes will be heard in the courts of England and Wales.
